What do i wear?

We LOVE to help clients style their sessions. We create custom styling options for each person with links to the products. We find that this is the easiest way if you are shopping for multiple people.

Here are a few quick tips-

#1 Coordinate, don’t match!

Throw out the white polos and kaki pants. Those are a thing of the past. Start with one piece of clothing that you love and work around that. (pro tip: Start with yourself) Pull colors, add patterns, and it will all fall into place. Also, Keep in mind the season.

#2 Focus on muted tones

When shopping around for outfits, steer clear from bright or flashy pieces. Stick to muted tones. They photograph so well and bring in that timeless look.

#3 Layering

Layering is always a good idea! Add jackets over sweaters or hats to dresses. You can also put a t shirt under a button up. Utilize different textures and patterns. Make sure to not overdo the accessories.

#4 Keep make up neutral

Make sure to keep it natural when doing your makeup. What I mean by this is when picking out eye make up, don’t reach for the brightest most sparkly shadow (unless of course that is the vibe you are going for). Stick with neutral earthy tones. Still put on your false lashes and a little more blush than usual.
